Rustic plot in the area of Establiments,

Protected rustic land of approx. 30.420m2, categorized in Natural Area of Special Interest of High Level of Protection. It is included in the Serra de Tramuntana Natural Park. The use of an isolated single-family house is not permitted. The only permitted activities are agricultural activities typical of extensive agriculture and livestock farming and activities related to Environmental Protection and Education with the additional requirement that this use will only be permitted in existing buildings legally constructed and with a prior favourable report from the competent administration.
